First occupied in November 2021, the flat is brand new.

As you enter the complex, you will find an underground gated car park with automatic gate and remote control.

Via the common lift to the second floor, you will arrive at your holiday home. The entire flat has air conditioning and underfloor heating as well as free wifi. You can use our TV with 123 channels as well as Youtube and Netflix (enter your own subscription). There are 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other a double bed that can also be converted into 2 single beds. Furthermore, you will find a sofa bed in the living room where there is also room for 2 people. In short, the flat offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, a toilet and a washbasin.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a Nespresso machine, juicer, blender, electric cooker, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, cutlery for 12 people, a set of pans and, last but not least, a dishwasher, so you don't have to do the dishes yourself. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hoover.



Outside, the entire terrace is equipped with an awning that provides shade. The whole terrace is in the sunny side of the house, so it is easy to cool down every now and then. On the terrace you have a garden table with garden chairs and 2 comfortable armchairs.  From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the common garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Sun beds are provided free of charge.
