Prices per night for the entire apartment
(so regardless of the number of people, but max 4 people and no groups of young people):

 

Low season: January-February-March-November-December 134 euros

Mid-season: April-May-October 143 euros

High season: June-July-August-September 155 euros

School vacations or long weekends: price may vary so on request.

 Water and 70 kwh electricity included in short-term rentals, additional consumption is 0.25euro per kwh.

Long-term rental (maximum 3 months): 750 euros per month + electricity + water + internet extra to be paid on top.

Cleaning on departure: 90 euro

Bed linen and linen package: 15 euro per person

Key transfer and guidance: 25 euro during office hours, 35 euro outside office hours and weekends before 21h30 and 50 euro for arrival between 21h30 and 9h, payable directly on arrival.
